Poster challenges don't work. Select a quarentine zone quest instead, sleep just so it can save, quit to main menu, and you should be able to select NG+. Tried that and it didn't work. Think I might be screwed on that front. Don't track Bozak Horde or any DLC based quarantine zone, then NG+ option will appear.0Qde.
